I got a great roofing job with Built 2 last Roofing. They were the best price of three bids I received on my flat roof being redone. They did the work in three days in the middle of my house being re-stuccoed. Alex was very helpful in the fact instructed the stucco people how to prepare the parapet wall for the roof installation. Alex also noticed a new door was not properly flashed on installation, and had the contractor remove the door so it could be properly sealed/flashed. All in all I couldn't be happier with Alex and his team, and highly recommend them.
This was the second time I needed Alex. This time was over the weekend and last night. After the deluge of rain in Carlsbad I found a slow leak in our attic. Alex came within hours to inspect and analyzed the issue correctly as a roof drain leak. He returned last night and patched right before the rain started. His patch has held even after a rain all night and this morning. His response was amazing despite being extremely busy and solved my problem. It is great to know their is a contractor out there that cares and understands how important customer service is especially these days-20 Stars!!!!
Alex and his team made this entire process so easy. Alex was quick to respond and very fair with pricing - and the rest of his guys were such hard workers and so friendly. Really went above and beyond to finish the job efficiently and on time. I had several other contractors in and out during the same time for different projects and it all worked seamlessly thanks to this crew. It was a true pleasure to work with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone!!
