Just bought a home Carlsbad with a 40 year old roof. Dils Roofing did a very thorough inspection and identified multiple patches and fixes to ensure there were no leaks. We worked with Ryan who was very insightful, friendly, and honest about the necessary work that needed to be done.

We are very happy with the repairs that were made. We will definitely be using Dils Roofing to replace our old roof in the future.

I am a Property Manager for a community that has several buildings that have roofs being redone. It is done in stages and over a period of time. They have this process down to a science. Any issues that arise they handle with such care and genuine concern to make it right. Everyone that I have worked with from the owner to the director or to the project manager, they have all been super responsive (usually day of or within the hour), take every request seriously and timely, respond to emergencies quickly and support me in my role when I need things quickly to share with the Board. Hands down one of the best in the business in my opinion.

Because we live in a "termite zone" and our house is 50 years old this time, we did have a cost overrun, but it was thoroughly justified and explained personally by the company president early in the process. I had the pleasure of working with Dils Roofing for some seam work on a flat roof extension of my home. It all started with an in depth inspection done by Chris who took the time to go over all the options I had, from simple repair work, to a full roof replacement. No sales pressure, just really great info. A few days later, Jorge and his team arrived and went to work repairing all seams and areas where my torch down was lifting up. The true test will be this weekend, as we are expecting some heavy rain, but I’m extremely confident with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roof repair!
