Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise clear communication and responsive service, and several describe the insurance process as smooth. One customer credits the crew with fixing a persistent leak, while another appreciates the effort to put early project hiccups right. A customer says a roof replacement took longer than expected amid storms and COVID-related material shortages; after the materials arrived, the crew worked from sunrise to sunset and cleared the yard.

This company has earned our full trust and that’s not easy with us. They are competent, honest, fast, and were very thorough on our project while being eager to save us money. Communication is excellent. Jonathan is fantastic! Samuel and Lee were both out making sure things were right, and Ricky and the crew fixed our persistent leak. We won’t be calling anyone else in the future. We even waited for several heavy rains before leaving this review, so please know from our experience how great this company is. They’re a treasure!

The company I work for contracted Texas Built Roofing for our project. We had some hiccups at the beginning but I sincerely appreciate the personalized service and attention to make things right. Highly recommended. It's hard to find such good service out there and glad Texas Built Roofing is one of them. Keep up the good work ??

We were referred to Texas Built Roofing by a friend and were impressed with their service. Leslie Mason was very responsive and communicated every step of the way. She was willing to answer all of the questions I had and made it a breeze to work with insurance on our roof replacement. It did take a bit longer than expected to get the roof replaced (thanks to TX storms and COVID-related material shortages), but once the materials were delivered, the crew worked hard from sunrise to sunset. They made sure our yard was clear of debris when the job was complete. We've had no issues since June and would be happy to recommend Texas Built to our friends and family!
