Clark Family Walnut Creek Roof Repair

Right from the start, i knew i wanted my new roof done by Clark Family Walnut Creek Roof Repair. Nolan explained every possible cost, discounts, and the paperwork clearly, and he even helped arrange the required photos for my roofing claim and shingle warranty. I also got estimates from other roofing contractors, but none were as detailed, fair, or easy to understand. nolan was a great communicator and project manager who kept me updated from the first inspection to the final cleanup. I was also impressed that they were willing to repair some damaged wood around the soffit near my front entry as part of the roofing work. The crew was professional, the installation went smoothly, and the finished roof looks excellent. i am very happy with my new roof and the overall service.

we needed help getting our roof ready for a new gutter system at our home in walnut creek. marvin came out to check everything and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done. while he was inspecting the roof, he spotted a couple of small tears in the membrane and had his team patch them up right away at no extra charge. even though we had to wait for some sunny weather before the crew could finish the job, marvin always kept us updated and answered our calls quickly. on the scheduled day, his team showed up and finished the work smoothly. since then, our roof has been working great. we're really happy with the quality service and will definitely call them again for any future roofing projects. we don’t have any other connection with this company, just very satisfied with the work they did.

from start to finish, everything was done with great care and attention to detail. the roofing crew made sure every step, from the first estimate to the installation and final cleanup, was handled professionally. i have an older home with unique, built-in wood gutter hangers that give it a classic look. while some other roofing companies recommended removing these hangers, leonard from this team suggested keeping them to maintain the historical style of the house. honestly, i was surprised and grateful that he cared so much about the look of my home, even more than i did. after the roofing work was finished, leonard and roger came by personally to answer any questions i had. they even noticed that a small decorative section of the roof had been missed, and they quickly came back to fix it without any hassle. the crew paid close attention to making sure everything matched my home's original charm. i highly recommend this roofer to anyone looking for quality work and true respect for your property’s character.
