We had our roof replaced with Roof By Tom and worked with Nourdine as the project manager. The process started with an inspection and estimate, where everything was explained clearly in terms of what needed to be done and why.

Once the project started, he coordinated the schedule, had the materials delivered on time, and kept us updated on when the crew would be there each day. The tear-off and installation were done pretty efficiently, and he checked in throughout to make sure everything was going as planned.

There were a couple moments where we had questions about timing and some details, and he responded quickly and clarified everything without making it complicated. He also made sure the area was cleaned up properly after the work was done, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the whole process felt organized and well-managed. The roof turned out great, and everything was handled the way it should be. I’d recommend Roof By Tom, and Nourdine did a solid job overseeing the project.

The new roof looks amazing, and the gutters and downspouts were installed perfectly, improving both the appearance and functionality of our home. You can tell Nourdine, our project manager really takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers.

The team worked efficiently and completed the project in a timely manner. They replaced both our roof and rain gutters and the quality of the work met our expectations.

Nourdine, our project manager, was proactive and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the process. The crew also did a thorough job cleaning up once the work was finished.
