Signature Roof Repair

after we bought our new home, one of the first big projects was a roof replacement. i started talking with lucas early in the process, and even when the hoa approval slowed things down, he was responsive, helpful, and gave clear advice that helped move everything forward. once the approval came through, the roofing job was completed quickly and efficiently. the new roof looks great, and other contractors who have been up there since have complimented the quality of the workmanship and installation. we have been very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

The crew did an excellent job, and I’m very happy with how our new asphalt architectural shingle roof looks. The copper flashing details came out beautiful and really improved the overall appearance. Lucas, the job leader, was professional, easy to talk to, and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns clearly. I was glad he was overseeing the roofing work. Jermaine, who handled the project from the beginning, stayed involved through the whole process and checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. That extra communication gave us a lot of confidence in the roof replacement. After a strong stretch of rain in Walnut Creek, the roof performed very well with no issues. I even went up into the attic to inspect everything, and it all looked solid and properly done. The crew also did a thorough cleanup around the property when the job was finished. I would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof installation, flashing work, or related roofing services.

i found this roofing team to be a cut above the rest when it came to explaining what would be needed for my roof replacement and new gutters, and how long the whole job would take. from the first inspection, lucas made the process easy to understand and walked me through the roofing materials, flashing, drainage, and what to expect during each phase of the install. during the project, jermaine kept me updated on what they found, how they fixed each issue, and what was needed to meet code for final inspection. they also explained the condition of the decking, ventilation, and gutter system in simple terms, which i really appreciated. the crew stayed organized, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean each day. the finished roof and gutters look great and turned out even better than i expected. the new roofing system really improved the look of my home and added a lot of curb appeal, which matters in Walnut Creek. if anyone needs roof repair, gutter work, or a full re-roof, i would recommend this company without question.
