I had my roof repaired after some wind damage, and Javier gave me a very fair price. The roofing crew showed up quickly, handled the repairs with skill, and made sure everything was done right. Later, they also completed the front section of the roof and the fascia, and the results looked excellent. Bruce and the team were professional, easy to work with, and kept the work area so clean it looked like no one had even been there. They explained the roofing process clearly, used quality materials, and paid attention to the small details. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, I highly recommend this roofing crew.

I hired Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair for several roofing jobs on two homes, including gutter work, roof repairs, and new exterior roofing-related trim. Every project was finished with strong quality, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. The most recent job turned out great, but what stood out most was the install crew. Javier, Leonard, and Patrick were experienced, respectful, and made sure I was happy with every part of the work. They paid close attention to detail, kept the job site clean, and showed solid workmanship from start to finish. They really went the extra mile, explained the roofing process clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It is not easy to find that level of care and professionalism, and I highly recommend them.

Leonard did an excellent job on my roof repair. He came out to my home in Walnut Creek, inspected the roof leak, explained the problem clearly, and gave me a fair quote. He returned the very next day, even earlier than expected, and fixed the leak quickly. While he was up there, he also noticed a loose gutter and a damaged pipe boot seal, and he repaired both without adding extra charges. I had contacted several other roofing contractors, but Leonard was the only one who was truly proactive and followed through. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and professional. When it is time for a full roof replacement, he is the roofer I will trust and call again.
