These people violated their own contract! I was threaten saying "I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!" & I WILL PUT A LEAN ON MY HOUSE! are you freaken kidding me ????? "AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST"are NOT good PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I was going to hire them however these people failed to return phone calls never gave me a quote, Did NOT keep me in the loop, I called 4 time with-in a week, finalIy I got a hold of someone, asking them if they are going to cover the roof to prevent any more damaged as rain was in the forcast, I was told they will check and get back to me! 8 DAYS later I got a call back! The rain came & went NO CONTACT MOVE ON TO A COMPANY THAT i FEEL COMFORTABLE with and as I said caused more damage in the dinning room. Also the plywood got wet. so instead of a few damaged sheets of plywood. 4 at most. because of their procrastinateing, I had an additional12 sheets of plywood that had to be replaced. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!! Also they offered no warrenty on the labor! They work for the insurance company! I found a roofer that gave me a 10 year warrenty on the labor, they did a fantastic job.THEY WENT AS FAR AS CONTACTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY , SO NOW I HAVE TO GET AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED!*****AVOID THIS ROOFER AT ALL COST!**********I went with this roofer: Christopher Home improvment! These people are awesome! FROM START TO FINISH THEY DID A GREAT JOB! & Had THE LOWEST PRICE OUT OF 5 ROOFERS!REMEMBER THIS, if you want a great job, use THE ONE I LISTED!
Express roofing did a great job on our porch roof which included a difficult skylight repair/installation. The pricing was fair and the work was done on time/as scheduled. I would definitely use them again.
Nothing, but a all around good experience with this company. Since the intial quote was done, they helped make the process easy and kept us informed of our status. Our roof was done in 2 days!! We love it and have other projects for them coming up. I recommend Express Roofing all day!...C'mon call them and see!
