These guys are amazing. And the owner Rob is one of the honest guys I ever met. My mom who’s elderly called him for ice dam leaks in her middlebury ct home. The first 2 companies she called came out and gave her a bunch of fear based information.Then she called Paolino Roofing who is was reviewed well on the middlebury facebook page.No fear mongering, just straight forward solid information and a quick and easy fix. Let me start by saying that Rob Paolino (Paolino Roofing) is a straight forward, honest guy. I've come to this conclusion because during the extensive work being done to our home (roof & siding), he has shown a remarkable degree of full disclosure (transparency) that's associated to his standards and costs. He doesn't cut corners or surprise you with hidden costs. We have nothing bad to say about his crews. They were effective, efficient, and professional. They were also very receptive to our questions and concerns while performing their craft. They were very mindful about cleaning up after themselves, which, of course, was greatly appreciated. In the end, the product that was presented to my wife and I was nothing short of "spectacular," and we are happy!Rob Paolino is a man who is definitely concerned about his reputation. Rob was very professional and polite. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He came out to check our roof when we had a bad leak after a big storm and guided us through the entire insurance process like a pro. Every question and concern was addressed immediately.
