Communication was excellent throughout the entire process – Denise kept me informed every step of the way and she took the time to go over all of the details in the quote so there were no surprises. On the day of the work, they shared a photo timeline, which was honestly pretty cool (who knew roofing could be so well documented?). Denise made sure to let me know right away if there was any issue or question that came up. They were willing to tackle the repair of the flat roof & it is a major improvement from what I had before. Christian was great to work with! He provided great customer service, and inspected my roof in the dark while down pouring rain when we noticed it was leaking. The crew was great, and made sure that no debris was left behind. We had them replace our roof and gutters on house and garage. Recommend 100%, and would use them for anything in the future.

The entire JP roofing team is amazing! I needed a flat roof replaced on a house I was trying to purchase. They were the most affordable and transparent out of the three quotes I got. From the very first interaction they were professional and prompt. The office staff are very nice and friendly, Christian was great with communication all throughout the project and the guys that replaced my roof were very hard workers and experts at what they do. My roof is perfect now and they even went the extra mile and cleaned my gutters while they were up there.
