Working with Mike and Jeff at New Roofs, Inc. has been the easiest, most pleasant experience I've had with a contractor since buying my home. Mike especially was deeply engaged during the entire process of filing a claim on my roof, which had hail damage. I really got the sense that he was doing everything he could to bolster my claim and help me navigate the complexities of the process. I always felt like Mike had my back, which was a wonderful feeling. I came to this company by total accident (my neighbor had a roof installed by them and recommended them to me), but I would recommend them to anyone in SE Wisconsin who needs a roof. Clear communication, no strong-arming or upselling--just clear timelines, quality work, and decent guys. I wish I had a second roof to work with them on.
