Felipe came by to check out some structures on my roof. He did an awesome job communicating and was incredibly helpful. It would have been very easy for him to tell me that I needed a costly repair and I would have never known the difference but he came up with a solution that worked even better. Really great guy.

After the hail storm in March 2025, I turned once again to Red Phoenix Roofing and Construction to replace my roof — this is actually the second time I’ve trusted them with my home, and they continue to exceed my expectations.

They installed beautiful GAF Camelot II Designer Shingles, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I especially want to recognize Felipe Gutierrez for his exceptional customer service. He was present and involved every step of the way, making sure the entire process went smoothly and stress-free. His professionalism and dedication truly set this company apart.

On March 8th, severe weather tore through our area. Our home took a direct hit—rafters were broken, huge sections of the roof were gone, insulation was falling inside, water was pouring in, and some of our walls were even shifted from the force of the wind.

The damage was so significant, our house was featured on Fox Weather.

We were just hours away from leaving for spring break when everything changed.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our experience with Red Phoenix Roofing & Construction. Our house suffered hail damage during recent storms in our area. From the ground, the roof looked fine but a friend advised that we should have it checked out. We contacted Red Phoenix and Felipe came to our house. He went up on our roof, confirmed that we definitely had hail damage and recommended filing a claim with our insurance company. He showed us photos taken from on the roof and it was obvious that we did have damage. This was our first experience with a home insurance claim and didn’t know what to expect. Felipe was available throughout the entire process to answer our questions and offer his advice. When my wife selected the roof color, Felipe assured us that her selection would look great. When the work was complete, we were blown away by how much better our house looked. Red Phoenix and Felipe made this process as pain free as it could possibly be and I definitely recommend them if you’re needing roof work done.
