Initially spoke with Brad, he referred me to John Giordano and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Each experience has been smooth and professional. Above expectations. The initial inspection was conducted, the estimate given had no hidden costs and was very reasonable and competitive. Rooftime was wonderful to work with. John helped us along the way from the estimate to working with our insurance until job was completed. We were so grateful they were patient between waiting on our HOA approvals, mortgage company delays and family emergency thrown in the mix. I had used Roof Time 20 years ago at a different residence after a very bad hail storm. They did such a good job then I reached out to them after my place where I am now was hit by a severe hail storm this past June. John Giordano from Roof Time called me shortly after contacting their office. John came to my home to do the inspection, was there to do a walk through with the my insurance’s adjuster and check on each repair as it was completed. John and Roof Time did a great job and I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. Thank you John and Roof Time!
