Pro.Found roofing quickly determined the root cause of a leaking roof installed new in 2016 that the original builder inspected multiple times and stated that there was no problem other than climate change.Pro.Found was timely in their scheduling, used quality materials, installed correct products to mitigate further issues, inspected and performed preventative work to the original builder’s roof.Pro.Found went above and beyond their original scope of work. The owner returned to personally repair the original vents with screws and caulking. He also installed a water diverter at the base of one of the eavestroughs to reduce the high water flow rate which led to extensive ice build up during winter months.Pro.Found’s quote was highly competitive even after the additional work. It was less than we had budgeted.In summary, Pro.Found Roofing is professional with meticulous attention to detail using quality products at a competitive price installed in a timely manner. Jon and his crew were awesome. The weather worked against them but they still managed to get the job done in a timely manner. Price was also right and uses a better product. Even took time out of his day to come meet with us again as I'm an over the road trucker and I wanted to go over the quote with him. Very friendly. Highly recommend. also installed 2 skylights my wife wanted.
