I sent out bid requests to replace a roof (smaller home) and coat a roof on a condo building. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. My contact person, Evan, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. During the process, they discovered an issue with spray foam insulation in our attic that could have impacted both ventilation and the manufacturer’s warranty on our shingles. Instead of just pushing forward to collect the final payment, they took the time to crawl through our attic, assess the ventilation, explain the problem clearly, and offer solutions. They absolutely could have kept quiet about it, but their honesty and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. They followed through on every recommendation and made sure the corrections were done properly before the final payment was made. I am so grateful I listened to a friend who suggested I give this company a try — I already had three quotes and was ready to choose someone else. Not only did they work with me on pricing, but they were transparent with timelines and delivered exactly what they promised. The process of replacing our roof was palpable thanks to the people at the Roofing Company. They actually picked up the phone and sent Jamie Massey, who assessed the situation immediately. He got a tarp on our roof that day. They take care of all of the paperwork. You will get a lot of alerts but I'll take that any day. If I had questions, they answered them. Their prices and financing process was made simple by the Kristin at the financing office. Their employees did a great job and cleaned up the site painstakingly.
