April 2026 - We are very pleased with the speed, efficiency, workmanship and quality of materials used for our new roof by this company. From the roof inspector and sales representative, Ben, to the project manager, Mike, and the head of the work crew, Jose. All of the team on-site worked hard throughout the 9 1/2 hours it took to remove the old roof down to the plywood, replace any compromised wood decking and all flashing around vents and roof apparatus, install the ice and water shield, install the synthetic moisture barrier, and finish by installing the 50-year Architectural GAF Timberline shingles we chose during our initial meeting with the inspector and sales rep. It looks great and with the 40-year warranty option, we know we'll have a sound roof over our heads for decades.
Alex, Project Manager was Cordial, professional and very Knowledgeable.First let me begin how impressed I was when the Crew and Alex arrived way before their scheduled time.Alex always kept me well informed by either calling or texting me. Yes, he did see me in person as well. Regrettably, Alex called me to informed me that the plywood currently on the roof were severely damaged and it had to be totally replaced. Which meant that Alex had to head back to Bloomfield to recover more plywood. Photos were sent to me to show how horrific the plywoods were.Despite the setback, the crew did an outstanding job and were able to finish it in 1 day. I love my new roof - it looks amazing!The crew also left everything spotless. Overall, I had an incredible experience with Alex and the Crew - Thank you!
My experience with JP Carroll was positive from start to finish. Initially, Christian came to our house to view the job. He thoroughly assessed our roof situation and offered multiple solutions with a range of costs. There was no “hard-sell” or slick sales tactics. After we informed JD Carroll of our decision, we were contacted to set up the times for materials delivery and installation. Everything happened according to schedule. On the day of installation, a work crew, led by Mike Chase, arrived on time. Mike asked for my preferences related to a number of options and made sure his crew understood every detail. The crew worked nonstop until the job was completed. They cleaned up every fragment of debris. At that point, Mike invited me to do a walk-around with him in order to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this outstanding company.

Steven Romano PM and Crew Miguel were great. They kept me informed of progress and everything going on while I was at work. Everything explained prior is what was done and no hidden things or misquotes were done. They completed the job effectively and quickly and were very precise. The cleanup was especially nice as I have 3 young children who play outside they made sure everything was spotless and it all started from the prep of making sure drop zones for debris were covered. Definitely will recommend and use them for service again. Very responsive to all needs and everything else to create a complete customer experience.
