RRCA came out to my house to find hail damage which they did. Got the roof scheduled. Not one english speaking worker to replace the roof. After they were done I did my due diligence with a magnetic broom and found over 200 nails in my yard. They used lead flashing to finish on end of my gable vents and face nailed 2 other broken shingles. I had to go up on my roof to check the quality of work. Though those things have been rectified, the roof was done just before Halloween and still in February they still haven't contacted the insurance company to close this out. Poor communication.
The RRCA team was great and did a wonderful job! Colin made everything easy, and the whole crew, including the office staff, promptly followed through on all that they said they would. We highly recommend RRCA!
