We own a house in Marshfield built in 2004 and the old windows fogged up and trim was rotting. Matt Berry and his efficient crew power washed the house, replaced all the windows with Marvin, new PVC trim and new inside matching trim, painted the house plus trim and restained our deck, all to look like a brand new house! Matt even suggested they power wash the roof which made it look like new and prolong its life! They even put back my window treatments! We received many compliments from neighbors. Matt and his crew worked quickly, quietly and were very respectful. We are extremely happy with the outcome!
It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Associate Roofing. We had a fairly large job that included many elements: slate roof with copper accents, shingle roof, and flat roof installation for multiple balconies. All of the various teams (demo, installation, copper fabrication etc.) were expertly coordinated, worked with precision, and kept the job site clean and neat. Communicating with the project manager, Paul, was easy, and he was ALWAYS available. I also found their office manager, Amy, to be incredibly accommodating.
We had an OUTSTANDING experience with Associate Roofers! The work was top-notch quality and completed on time as committed.Not only did we have our roof replaced, but also new shingle siding and four new decks. The craftsmanship reflects CEO Mike Lynch’s expertise and the very qualified team with whom he surrounds himself. The entire operation was smooth and every one so pleasant to work with. Mike is an island hidden gem!
Associate roofing, especially Paul, were so good to work with for our new roof. We unexpectedly had a leak in the fall and being a flat roof needed to have things done very quickly before it got too cold to lay the roof. From the very beginning it was clear they knew exactly how to handle flat roofs, explaining the process and explaining where a lot of roofers go wrong during the installation of flat roofs. Even with all the unexpected things that came up, they handled all the subcontractors, from new insulation to all new fascia and soffits coordinating all of the schedules to get things done extremely speedy and addressing any issues promptly. 100% would recommend.
I can’t recommend the folks over at Associate Roofing enough. Everyone involved in the process are so professional, kind and readily available for communication if needed. They are prompt and all business. Quite the operation, I must say. Quality with efficiency. You won’t be disappointed. These guys are great!
