GEXR did a complete roof replacement of our house 3 years ago. This included a consultation with Dave a couple of times to discuss the project to remove all the underpinning (plywood), replace the shingles, soffit, fascia and gutters and downspouts. Service was professional and work were excellent, led by Taylor, cory, and their teams. Given it was a full roof replacement and done during Covid when materials were experiencing supply chain issues, the total price was higher than normal, but the workmanship was worth it.

A five-star rating isn’t high enough for GEXE Extreme Exteriors and Dave Spalla and his Team! From our first meeting, Dave’s expertise and professionalism stood out. He was thorough, honest, and genuinely nice — qualities that are rare these days. After inspecting our roof, Dave asked to check the attic and quickly uncovered major issues: poor venting, disconnected furnace stack and bathroom fan, and significant mold caused by a previous roofer’s negligence. We got three quotes — one company didn’t even call, and another ignored our concerns. GEXE’s price was in line with the others, but their attention to detail was on another level. We’re thrilled with our beautiful new black matte roof (50-year transferable warranty), upgraded venting, insulation, and properly reconnected stack and fan. The cost ran a bit higher due to mold damage, but it was absolutely worth it. Dave’s crew was respectful, efficient, and left our property spotless. We highly recommend GEXE Extreme Exteriors and Dave Spalla’s team — you won’t be disappointed!
