?I cannot recommend Mike and his crew highly enough. From the very beginning, their professionalism and organization were top-notch. The entire process was seamless – material delivery was exactly on time, a proper bin was placed carefully to protect our property, and they delivered on every single promise made. At the end of the job, they left our yard absolutely spotless.?What truly sets Mike apart, however, is his incredible character and integrity. We had a complicated issue with an overlap from our neighbour's roof, which was done poorly by a different company last year. Mike was fantastic in the way he handled it. He essentially had to re-do the shoddy work on the adjoining section, fixing the issue and replacing about 40-50 sq. ft. of the neighbour's shingles.?I was absolutely floored when Mike offered to do all of this extra work without asking for any compensation. He simply wanted the job done right. He made sure to install a proper ice and water shield underneath and fixed everything perfectly. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and shows that level of honesty.?Mike is a fantastic person and an outstanding roofer. We had Windmill Roofing & Exteriors replace our original eavestroughs and downpipes, and install aluminum facia and soffit. The workers put in long hours and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day. They are definitely proficient at their craft. Mike and his crew were fantastic to deal with. Mike was prompt and patient during the assessment. He stuck to his word and did what he said he was going to and showed up when he said he would. His crew ensured to lay down tarp around the perimeter of the house and cleaned up at the end of the job.If you want to deal with an honest and reliable company, I strongly recommend Windmill. Needed some roofing work and skylight installation. It was a pretty difficult job given the custom nature of the skylight and where it has to be placed.Mike and his team came in and did excellent work, as well as follow up work.
