My overall experience with Assured Roofing was great. Jordan was great and very informative on exactly what our options would be and how things would be handled. We did not have any surprises or unexpected expenses. The roofers arrived as planned, with no setbacks. One the biggest things that impressed me is how much effort they put into making sure tarps were used to catch the debris and nails from the roof. When they were finished the used magnets to pick up the nails and they did a great checking around the perimeter of the house. We have had many compliments on our new roof and we are thankful that Assured Roofing did exactly what they promised. We would recommend them for roof repairs and new roof installation.

My roof was in desperate need of repair, and after several estimates, I felt most comfortable with Assured Roofing and ConstructionA few days after signing the paperwork, I saw the drama on Rants and Raves about the liens on houses and the unpaid labor, and we were extremely leery about going through with the job. We explained our concerns to them, and A.J. Garcia personally came to my house and sat down with me to explain the situation in its entirety, which he did not have to do, but his transparency was very appreciated. We decided to go ahead and go with Assured for our new roof.A.J. and his crew showed up right at 7 am, just as scheduled, and they were all extremely professional and polite.
