I cannot say enough about Lawrenz and their people. I had filed a claim in March and was denied new roof and they worked with me to get an appraisal to fight the insurance company. It took several months and Nicks team was fabulous keeping me sane during the process. Finally got my new roof and new gutters and could not be any happier. Thank you for the outstanding service.
After the denial of roof damage & replacement by the insurance company, Lawrenz Contracting LLC worked with us and the insurance company and we were able to get our roof and gutters replaced. ??????????I had my roof looked at a while back and it didn’t seem like there was much damage for an insurance claim. I went about my work and real estate contract after contract, I was negotiating a new roof so when Nick Duzich reached out, letting friends and colleagues know he was happy to help with roof inspections through Lawrenz Contracting, I started to ?? wonder... I’ve worked with Nick before and know him to be solid and trustworthy, so even though I wasn’t familiar with Lawrenz Contracting yet, his name was enough to get me to ask for a second opinion.Within 24 hours, I had a full link to a report with 40+ photos, guidance on what to share with my insurance company, and all the documentation I needed to make a claim. Because of Nick, I didn’t just get my roof replaced — I was also able to address damaged shake siding, repaint all the wood trim, stain the siding, added insulation while the roof was being torn off, and soon I’ll be replacing a few more windows that had been on my list for a while. I was also able to ???????????????????? ???? ??????????, the deductible, the recoverable depreciation, etc. In turn, I feel like I'll be able to help my clients better now when they have to make a claim!That wasn’t all — my house on Featherston also needed attention and a new roof.
