I had an excellent experience working with Chris and his team at Crooked Ladder roofing. My property had a roof in need of replacement. I called crooked ladder and Chris had a team out there the next business day. Everyone I talked to was helpful in explaining my options and helping me to understand the scope of work involved. I did my due diligence and got quotes from other contractors and Crooked Ladder was able to meet the best offer. They were in my opinion the most helpful of the contractors I spoke with so I decided to go with them. They had a team out there the next week and had the roof done in a day with no mess. I was given updates every step of the way. Finished job looks great and I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof in the Wilkes Barre or surrounding area. Thanks again Chris, and to the team at Crooked Ladder for taking care of me!

They got back to me right away and made everything easy from the start. The crew showed up and got to work quickly, and I was seriously impressed by how efficient and professional they were.
