I chose IBC after meeting Thomas Morgan who reviewed the basic run down on how the process would work. After 30 minutes it was clear he knew what he was doing and had my best interest in mind. As things moved forward it was fairly hands off and Thomas and the team took care of it all. They communicated thoroughly every step of the way during our roof replacement and all members of the organization that I met with were professional and friendly. We had a great experience working with Thomas and would highly recommend them.
Wow working with this team was a fantastic experience! Woody, our project manager was truly amazing. He handled all aspects from working with our insurance company to the completion of the project. He explained the entire process and it went exactly as planned. My landscaping around the house was protected too! Yes it was loud and messy but it’s done and over with in a few days depending on the size of your roof. Simply outstanding company!!!
