I noticed water spots on my ceiling and called Greg at RGR. He came out the same day, climbed into my attic, and quickly found a damaged area on the roof. They provided a same-day quote for both repairing the damage and replacing the roof, since mine was already 12 years old.Greg also took the time to explain the fortified roof grant and how, with the grant, I would essentially pay about half the cost of a new roof while also qualifying for a home insurance discount. After calling my insurance company and hearing the annual savings, it was clear that replacing the roof made the most sense.I was approved for the grant within days, and less than a week later my new roof was installed. The entire process took about a week and a half from Greg’s first visit to completion. The crew arrived at 7 AM and by 1 PM the roof was finished, the yard was spotless, and they were gone.The workmanship was phenomenal, the process was smooth, and the results speak for themselves. Not to mention, very shortly after they wrapped up we had a big flash coastal storm that put the new roof to the test almost immediately! I highly recommend RGR!
RGR Construction recently replaced our roof. Elliot made the entire process easy and simple. Everything was explained and any and all questions were answered. On the day of the work, I received picture updates of the work. Once completed, they clean up so well it was like they hadn't been here at all. Our roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend!
Elliott came out to view my roof and answer the many questions that I had prior to his team being selected. He was very attentive , friendly, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of representing the company. After my selection, and the schedule was set, The RGR team showed up on time, kept me informed via real-time updates. Shane and the team were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They made sure the roofing project went above and beyond the required standards to meet from the NC Strengthen your Roof program. They also cleaned up prior to leaving. My hat's off to Elliott, Shane and the entire RGR Team that replaced my roof. Thanks everyone for a job well done.
We chose RGR to install a new fortified roof on our house. Their bid was detailed and reasonable, and everything verbally stated was included in the contract. Their representative, Elliott Rue, was courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent about keeping us informed every step of the way. The roofing team was well coordinated and quickly replaced the roof, providing photo documentation every step of the way. They also cleaned up very well when the work was done. RGR exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.
