Had our shingles, eavestroughs, fascia, downspouts, drip edge, flashing, vents, almost everything replaced this past August on our house, garage and some of our gazebo as well with new modern black metal and black shingles. Conan and Makayla (office manager) were very easy to work with and answered all my questions along the way. It took a while to get the job done as there were deficiencies, but Conan came by himself to fix them. Which was great! The only tiny thing (not a big deal) that I noticed after is that silver screws were used in some places, and black ones in others. Since all the new metal is black, the spots with silver screws on the black metal look silly. Must have ran out of black screws. Likely wouldn't bug most people, but I'm picky. My husband is going to replace the silver screws he finds with black ones.I'll definitely hire Atlas again to come replace the tar/reseal the roof in 5 years and to also do the soffits on my gazebo at some point (still currently renovating it). Would for sure recommend Atlas Roofing to family and friends!
We would actually love to have given more than five stars. They were amazing. The crew worked together like choreography - cheerful, polite, professional, fast and extremely competent - did a great clean up using a large magnet to pick up loose nails. We didn't think it could be done but they completed shingling our entire roof - as well as repairs on one section - in a single day. Our roof looks great with a years-long sag no longer there - and we now no longer fear rainy days.
Atlas Roofing – Outstanding Service and IntegrityThis summer, we had our shingles replaced by Atlas Roofing, and the entire experience was exceptional. The crew was extremely polite, respectful, and professional from start to finish. When the job was completed, our yard was spotless, you’d never know anyone had even been there. The new roof looked fantastic.A couple of months later, after a heavy rain, we noticed our bedroom rug was damp. There were no stains on the walls or ceiling, just a wet rug. We contacted Atlas Roofing to see if the issue might be related to the roof replacement.The owner, Conan, personally came out to inspect the situation. He helped me pull up the rug, offered helpful tips to dry it out, and then went up on the roof to take detailed photos. He showed me that all of the roofing and caulking work around the shingles had been done perfectly. However, he also noticed that our chimney flashing, which connects to our gas fireplace, had gaps and missing caulking around the flat top where the pipe exits. That’s where the water had been getting in.Even though the problem wasn’t caused by Atlas Roofing’s work, Conan didn’t just leave it at that. He took it upon himself to re-caulk the entire area thoroughly, sealing all the gaps around the chimney and nearby troughs. He spent a good half hour making sure everything was properly fixed.He didn’t have to do this, it wasn’t his responsibility, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.I can’t recommend Atlas Roofing highly enough. Their workmanship, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are second to none. If you need roofing done, this is the company you can trust.
I had been searching for 2 years trying to find a good company to replace our roof, eaves, soffit and fascia. I got quotes from many but I just felt I couldn’t trust them. I contacted Atlas the fall of 2024 and they advised me they were booked but to call in the spring. So I did, spring 2025 got a quote said okay we are gonna do this and they exceeded our expectations! Roof was put on in May by a great crew, very pleasant and respectful of our neighbours (no loud music) and done in a timely manner. We had some unexpected emergency’s that come up and had to put soft metals on hold. Thankfully Conan and Makayla were very patient with us, we appreciate that so much. Finally July the soft metals crew came down and got all work done in one day! These guys know what they are doing and they did an amazing job! We want to send much thanks and appreciation to every single individual that was involved in making our home beautiful! If you are like me and not sure which company to go with, choose Atlas!
I recently had my roof done by Atlas roofing. I just wanted to say that the whole team was excellent, from the start to the finish! Everyone, including the estimator, admin team, and installation team were all courteous and professional. They were patient with me and answered all my questions, and I always have a lot of questions! The installation team worked really hard and did a great job without taking any shortcuts. I really appreciate the quality job they did while providing a great price. I was told by many people that the architectural shingles used by most companies are basically the same. At the end of the day, what matters, is that the product is installed correctly. With Atlas, that gets done! Tim and his team did a great job that will protect our house for decades.
