Billy and his team replaced our entire roof from storm damage 4 years ago. We had a slight issue recently that Billy handled with no issues. Good to know a company that stands by their work and handles situations outside of our warranty period. That goes a long way to showing how reputable they are.
You can stop looking for a roofer - this is the one you want!! I called Carolina Professional Roof Systems at 11am on a Sunday because the wind had put a branch clean through my very steep roof and it was raining in my living room. Billy answered, I explained my situation, and he was at my house with a tarp an hour later. He tarped it for me same day and came back that Tuesday to do the actual repair. The tarp halted the leak entirely and the repair is beautiful - you can’t even tell where the shingles were replaced. Billy was prompt, kind, fair, and charged me less than $700 for the entire thing (two visits, one on a Sunday, tarp, and repair) despite the risk he took in getting on my steep, slick roof in the rain. I will absolutely be using CPRS for all my future roofing needs and cannot recommend them more highly.
Billy was super responsive when I discovered a problem I was having during a weather event. He kept in touch with me until he was able to address the problem. He explained what was happening with my roof and worked promptly to repair it. He also followed up with me to make sure that everything was okay. I appreciated his concern. I would highly recommend him.
