We had our church’s roof done by Columbia Plateau in May of 2026. We appreciated the methodical way they prepped both for installation and the worker’s safety. They cleaned up the area every day and made sure the building was accessible for Sunday services at the end of every work week. This was a tough building to roof and the crew did a wonderful job!

Dan Schilperoort and Columbia Plateau have donated countless hours and supplies to Sacred Road Ministries in our service to the White Swan community on the Yakama Reservation. We do a number of service projects with volunteer teams from around the country which often include re-roofing or roof repair. And Dan’s technical know how and willingness to volunteer his time have meant that hundreds of people can rest securely under a dependable roof. Whether it’s repairs to our own church building, training volunteers on proper roof installation, donating supplies, or even putting a roof on our mobile library - Dan has always come through with prompt and careful craftsmanship and a wonderful and friendly attitude. Dan is our go to person when we have a question about construction or materials. He always responds quickly with good answers and follows up afterwards.

We decided to go with Columbia Plateau for our roofing project. From the beginning when Zack came to checkout the project and give us an estimate we were impressed. He checked the he roof from the ground to the roof and into the attic to check for temperature and humidity the latter being high.
His team did an excellent job with protecting our property with tarp’s before they removed the roof. They were very professional throughout and he process. Zack again checked the measurements in the attic and due to his recommendations to put a ridge
vent system on the humidity was lowered by almost 50 percent. We’re very happy with the results.

We were very pleased with the process from initial evaluation by Zach, the offer given with discounts, the quick response to start, the tarps protecting landscaping, the quality of work, the look of their product, the Portable toilet!, the gutter clean out, and all waste and debris picked up and hauled off.

The four men who labored well were prompt, pleasant and courteous. They thanked me profusely for the coffee provided.

The job was a complete new roof. It was done in less than a week. Afterward the estimator, Zach, returned for a thorough inspection including vent inspections in the attic.
