ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. We had a NIGHTMARE when an entire family of pigeons decided to roost in the roof or our house. Since the kids were worried about harming them I allowed it to go too long and it became an infestation.
No idea who to call we contacted Lines and Lundgreen because they had done the roof inspection earlier in the year.
Surprisingly they had a plan. Two trucks and 5 employees were on our roof remediating the issue....AND AS YOU CAN SEE, just a couple of these flying rats made a terrible mess.
Within hours the mess was cleaned up and they had installed spike strips in strategic spots on the roof.
WE HAVEN'T HAD ANYMORE ISSUES with pigeons!! SO GLAD we made the call to Lines and Lundgreen!!!!

Our patio roofing was blown off in the last big windstorm we had here in Yuma. Even though they were swamped with calls they managed to get out and dry in the roof so the plywood wouldn’t get ruined in the forecast rainstorm that hit the next day. The two employees were courteous and very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job in also reconstructing parts of the roof that had rotted over the years. I’ve been in construction my whole life and can tell quality work when I see it. For all the work that was done the price was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
