We purchased a Jaylin home about 7 years ago, so when it was time for us to finish our basement, it was a no brainer to go with Jeff and Lynette and their team. They were quick to problem solve, and had great knowledge about every aspect of the build. They have a great eye for detail and design. The quality of work is impressive. They are good honest people and it was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home.
We are almost 3 years into our Jaylin home and could not be any happier with the top quality house Jeff and Lynette built for us. You can tell right from the get go that this is very much an owners hands on business as they walk you through every step of the construction phase. You also find that when choosing counters, flooring, lighting, etc that their reputation proceeds them. We would hear numerous times, ”Your building with Jeff and Lynette? You will be very happy, they are excellent!” We couldn’t agree more! In addition and just as important , you will not find 2 nicer people to work with.
