The team from West Texas Solar was outstanding. Jacob was excellent in explaining the different products and the cost up front. His knowledge was reassuring. He explained the different pricing and which would save me money and meet my needs. The crew that came to install was great. They were both professional, and personable. All of the guys were so polite and took time to explain the process. Tim who is the lead and master electrician. He took the time to mentor those on his crew his heart was in his teaching. He spent teaching me on how to use the app and he would quickly got back to me when I texted him. West Texas Solar had installed our Solar Panels a few years ago. Now, as we needed our roof replaced, they came out to remove the panels. After the roof was installed they were quick to reinstall them.We decided to add a few more panels and talked to Jacob. He was great to work with, answered all our questions, and helped us decide what we needed. There was no pressure to purchase anything more than what we wanted. He and his crew did a great job of installing and setting everything up. Communication was in a timely manner.We recommend this local business for any solar installation/work you might need.
I had them install an 8.2 kW solar system plus 2 14.3 kWh batteries on a carport they had installed for me. I didn't want panels on my roof, so this was a good way to go for me.The system has been up and running for a couple of weeks and is working great. I'm using virtually no electricity from the grid that I'm paying for since I have a free nights plan. Not only has my electric use gone way down, but I'm keeping the house much cooler. I'd have done this long ago if I'd known how good it was.
