I had a very positive experience with Axia. I chose them for my solar project based on a friend's recommendation. The process began in late September and was initially a bit challenging due to the high volume of customers rushing to meet the tax credit deadline. At one point, I was concerned the project would not be completed by the 31st, but everything ultimately worked out.The team at Axia was consistently helpful. I am especially grateful to Andrew Frank and Gracie Roxas for their professionalism and support throughout the process.Additionally, the installation team at HP Electrical did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with.Overall, I highly recommend Axia.
I would like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Mary Roxas and Jim Grant. I encountered several challenges with procurement delays, which subsequently impacted the installation schedule. Mary Roxas served as an invaluable resource during this period of frustration, demonstrating remarkable patience and effectively communicating the reasons for the delays. Her consistent and clear communication significantly alleviated my concerns and was a key factor in my decision to continue our business relationship with Axia. Although the project extended beyond the initial timeline, all components are now successfully installed and operational.
Bob Anderson was my project coordinator for my solar project. He did a good job informing of the different stages of the project. He replied to all my questions and concerns. When I had concerns about completing the project before the end of 2025 because of the Federal Solar Incentive ending, he was able to accelerate the installation, so we had a nice buffer before the end of 2025. The physical installation was good but not perfect. However, Bob was able get the problem resolved. Overall, I'm happy with the installation and the project coordination. However, I did send Axia Support a question and never saw an answer.
We had a positive and productive experience with AXIA (By Qcells). From our first contact with them, to the final installation of the system, they were always highly professional. Our salesperson/consultant was knowledgeable, experienced and thoughtful, and best of all, patient. The site survey was conducted by a veteran electrician. And everyone we dealt with thereafter was experienced and efficient. The design, construction and operation of the system unfolded exactly as they said it would. Also important to us, and unlike two other vendors, they were willing to work with us when the special needs of our house (an aging roof area) required a major change to the system design. We are glad we chose AXIA and I recommend them for anyone contemplating home solar.
We're going on half a year and this has been a clown show. Of course Narek, our friendly door to door salesman with smiles and charm promises a 1-2 month project. Brings all the numbers and guarantees. 3 months later and after we had his promised word as well as very clear text messages and emails that our entire roof would be redone. Which is why we didn't pay to have it completely done, because who only wants to reroof an outdated 1/4 of their house. He tries to gaslight my mother saying it was only partially roof. There's literally text messages a half scroll up saying it "as I've said clearly before, they will be doing the entire roof. Sketchy. They finally tore the roof off, ripped up a the panel frames, tore out my gfi outlet. Promised to put it back. Never did. I had an oof crew smoking and sleeping on my front lawn where they piled my paving stones for a project as pillows. Left wrappers, bottles, knee pads, shirts chunks of old roof all over the place. Before I get the: we're sorry but it's the roofers. You hired them. You're responsible. Now half a year later, rats nested in the piles of our mismatched roof that were left in the backyard, and guess where they climb in? The gaps in our unfinished and mismatched roof. So add the cost of our extermination, the city threatening us to fix our mismatched roof, and the company rep treating my mother like some senile old woman. This is been excellent. But there's great news! The they can finally start putting up the cells next week! Can get some more dudes to destroy our house and try to upsell us for more roofing, and once again leave their young dudes sleeping on our lawn because they need to come back for them. Hire a local mom and pop to do your setup. Parts have warranties. Cells are not expensive anymore, and you're not stuck on a contract that god knows will ever start.
