From getting the quote from their knowledgable salesman Gary to their owner Jim, and anyone of their crew, the customer service was top notch. I felt I could ask questions at any time. I was constantly kept updated on timelines, dates, and the acquisition of panels and inverters. Couldn’t be happier with my solar system.One of my inverters wasn’t working after install. Jim had a crew come right over and not only address the one inverter, but cleared all the snow off and made sure to test each one. Responsive and stood by their work after the install as well.

Jim and the Solar Environment team installed roof mount solar on my home on Lake Champlain in the Adirondacks. My system includes a standby generator, Homegrid batteries, and a Sol-Ark inverter to tie it all together.We worked together to solve problems and build a great system for my needs. They were capable, professional, and detail-oriented. I would not hesitate to work with them again as a homeowner or professionally.
These guys did a great job installing my 7.2 Kwh ground mount along with a Sol-Ark 15K inverter. I went through 3 other quotes before I went with Solar Environment. I highly recommend them.
