I had a wonderful experience getting my solar installed. Everything went smoothly and everyone kept me informed as to when things would be completed.My only complaint would be that the tax credit that was quoted to me is not what we got back so our loan payment was not able to go down as planned. It was very disappointing to find this out after the fact.

I looked at several solar companies and picked Positive Energy Solar based on their reviews and employee certification levels. The are not the cheapest but they definitely delivered the quality for the price. Scheduling and permitting went smoothly and installation started on time as scheduled and was completed on time. The installation team was professional and worked quickly and cleanly. They did a great installation of the panels and very clean installation of the control panel and interconnection to the panels. The system worked right the first time and passed the city final inspection without any problem. They did a great job and are completely reliable. They even contacted us a couple of months after completing the job to check on our satisfaction.
I have been very happy with my solar panels that were installed by Positive Energy Solar. In addition to the free energy provided by our plentiful New Mexico sunshine, I'm also happy with the clean low-profile installation, as performed by Positive Energy.Many of my neighbors also have solar panels, but when I see theirs, I know instantly that they did not use Positive Energy, because their finished product just doesn't look as good. Theirs has exposed conduit and gaps under the solar panels, while mine has no visible conduit, and just looks better on my rooftop.Jeremy worked with me to estimate my needs, and after 3 years, the production levels have met all my expectations.
