SunState Solar Inc

From the Sales Team to Management, the Install Techs and Engineering, everyone we worked with at SunState Solar, went above and beyond on our Solar Project!! The entire team kept us informed every step of the way. Their execution to schedule was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the Quality of their work. We are happy to partner with SunState Solar for our solar needs!

This company is organized, have straightforward steps and a forever warranty through a third-party which transfers to new owners. They also are very positive and management answers questions readily. Angela was the most helpful tag-person. If you have questions or requests don't bother trying to contact the workers because you will get quicker more complete answers from management who follow everything closely. Their prices were comparable to other well-respected companies in the area and they are in it for the long-term. The monitoring software shows consumption and production over time and already in three-months it's producing more than I'm consuming. I'm paying nil for energy and just PNM fees for infrastructure. My roof is designed to face true south (magnetic South) so I believe the system is as efficient as possible in that sense. I might need to do some tree trimming to get the most out of it. I didn't choose to install a backup system yet but that is a standard addition. I'm super happy I chose Sunstate Solar.

Not sure exactly where to start, as we cannot say enough good things about the SunState Solar team that accompanied us throughout our solar journey, assisted us in our decision to go solar, listened so closely to our desires and concerns, provided us an easy-to-follow proposal along with a detailed system design that exactly met our requirements and desires, provided us references who highlighted the value of the SunState Solar relationship that we felt from the beginning, kindly tolerated our detailed due diligence in comparing SunState with other solar providers in Albuquerque, kept us thoroughly informed throughout our solar journey via the SunState Solar portal, under-promised by helping us understand that we most likely wouldn't receive our solar system in time for the expiring federal tax credit, overdelivered by providing us the opportunity for an earlier installation and inspection just before the federal tax credit expired, provided a most professional and very clean-looking installation in less than a full day, got our system turned on and operating as quickly as possible, and ensured that we were comfortable and happy with everything that had been done. The SunState Solar team doesn't just sell you a product; they create a comfortable relationship and partnership that results in an outstanding solar capability for the customer. Our sincere thanks to (in order of "appearance" in the relationship, kind of like in a movie) Bianca, Glenn, Angie, Mike, Chase, Jeremy, Paul, Joshua, Lanelle, Q, and Ian -- you all rock, and will remain our go-to solar company as we think about future additions to the fantastic system you provided us!

Fantastic company! The entire process was seamless and the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. SunState Solar coordinated the permits, inspections, and approvals needed for the entire project to include HOA approval. The crew was done within a day for the installation and everything is clean and clearly marked. Alex explained everything clearly and made sure I understood safely features of the new system. He also stayed behind and painted the metal to match my home. I would highly recommend SunState Solar for your home!

After getting quotes from several solar companies we chose SunState Solar, and I’m so happy with our decision. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The system was installed on schedule, and the work crew was very professional. The work area was kept tidy and organized throughout the installation. A few concerns came up during the installation (because of our unusual property) and were handled with complete professionalism. I highly recommend SunState Solar!
