The 1st Solar process went great. Our agent Horace has been amazing from purchasing to installation. He did not just sell us the solar and go to bed. He took time to go through what to expert at each stage of the process with us. Even though he got a short notice (24 hours) of when our installation was going to be done, he drove over 5 hours to our home to make sure he was present during the installation. He was always available to answer any questions we had. We totally recommend 1st Solar, specifically Horace.
