I had been thinking about solar for a long time but kept postponing because I wasn’t sure about the real-world savings. This company helped clear that confusion by showing a breakdown based on my actual monthly usage. They didn’t exaggerate numbers, which made the discussion feel more realistic. Installation took a few days, and the team worked carefully while explaining what they were doing. There was a small delay in final grid approval, but they handled it properly. Now that it’s running, I can see a steady drop in my electricity bills over time.

Being new to the idea of solar, I was a little apprehensive of spending that kind of money on a solar system. Once Jacob came by and told me how the system worked, I felt like I had a solid grasp of how it would work. Jacob's enthusiasm and support during install and even after is very comforting. Every time there has been a potential issue, he is all over it and getting it squared away fast. The best part so far is the small electric bills, if any, from xcel. Couldn't be happier with the system and Jacob. Side note, on Friday lightning hit my transformer and we were without grid for about 15 hours. Thanks to our system, we barely noticed, we still had power to the well for water and all of our essentials and a few extras ran great.

Xcel's version of offset billing is terrible... regardless of that fact Jacob sold me a system totaling just over 100k. Before I signed we sat down and talked about how it was going to work and what the bill would look like. I'm an coming up on 1 year of service and have had 4 bills. 3 in the winter and 1 this summer. The highest of which was $102 in January. The other months I made credits and "offset" my bill. As far as work all service calls they have been fulfilled done promptly.

Jacob at Panhandle Solar Consultants did an excellent job explaining everything in detail so there were no surprises, my loan payment plus my xcel bill are consistently lower than it would be without my solar and if I was only paying xcel. Jacob still checks in on my family to make sure we aren’t having any issues and answers any questions I have. He has become a good family friend.

Our experience with Solarillo and Jacob was top notch! Jacob was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He still checks in frequently to make sure all is well with our system. The installation was quick and the installation team was very professional. We highly recommend!
