My installation was seem-less and easy I am very happy with the process and work
I spoke to Maria she was very helpful she answer all my questions regarding an installation and all the process it includes.
I am a very dissatisfied customer. Have been waiting over a month to get Nexxus to fix my system that has been offline for that long. This is the third time over the past 3-4 months that my system has been dropping offline. I also noticed my electricity cost goes up during the time the system is offline. Given my utility bill when the system is online, I now know they under-sized my system which ultimately hurts me. Buyers beware. Not so legit and I wish I could pull this off my house.Update: After posting, the company reached out, sent a technician and replaced faulty equipment. Now my system is working. Spoke to senior management who refunded 2 months of power bills and was very apologetic. Appreciate the response and support.
I had a terrible experience with Nexus. Their sales tactics were incredibly aggressive. They swooped in after I received a quote from another company, immediately trying to undermine them with scare tactics about inferior equipment and unreliable warranties. It felt like they were more interested in poaching a deal than providing genuine service. The sales representative pressured me relentlessly, claiming that the deal was only available that day and that I would miss out on significant savings if I didn't sign immediately. When I asked for more time to consider, they bombarded me with alarming emails about rising energy costs and potential grid failures. It was clear they were using fear to manipulate me into making a quick decision.I would not recommend Nexus to anyone. Their unethical and manipulative practices made the entire process stressful and unpleasant. Save yourself the headache and find a solar company that values honesty and transparency.
I lived in Oceanside; CA and I first went with Nexus Energy Systems back in February 2022 when I was looking to add a second solar system to increase the size of my overall system on the roof. I found Nexus to be very helpful answering all my questions, knowledgeable and professional. I have had solar panels for almost 17 years and when my original converter broke down, I immediately called Nexus to replace the older system with Nexus. I could not be happier with my system today and it's so easy to monitor from the app.
