Lakeview Outfitters Cooper Landing, Alaska on Long Spring Solar

I rarely take the time to write a review, but felt it was warranted here. Jason, the owner provided me with the best customer service I have received from a company in a long time. He took time to give me detailed answers to my questions. He dropped off supplies in Cooper Landing on his way through, saving me time and money. Because it is such a small job, He even installed my new battery and charger at no cost.

Thanks Jason, I will be reaching out to you again for all of my solar needs

Steve Trimble on Long Spring Solar

I have been doing off-grid and grid-tie solar in Alaska since 2013, and Long Spring Solar is, by far, my most recommended company. Jason's prices are the best in Alaska. Seriously, you could only do (a little bit) better by catching a sale at a big, Lower 48 solar distributor and arranging shipping up from Seattle- all of which requires WAY too much leg work. Jason's customer service is also top-notch. My family purchased KiloVault lithium batteries from Long Spring Solar in 2022, and not only has Jason quickly offered assistance on any issue with those batteries, he helped resolve problems with our existing, grid-tie PV system. I cannot think of a company that I would more enthusiastically recommend.

Natalie Thomas on Long Spring Solar

Jason was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. If he can work with me for a great result on my project, he can definitely work with you! I had a baby in the middle of a house build. I was very distracted, and also very ignorant about home solar systems. Jason walked me through everything, and was very organized and communicative. He truly cares about the outcome of the project and your satisfaction with your system. The process and logistics of getting solar were intimidating to me, but Jason made it painless!

Just received solar package! Even came with mounting screws. So happy. Cabin is on a island 40 miles from town. Made it so much easier to have everything included!
