We recently had a PowerShield backup system installed in our home. We had a good experience with RES from start to finish from easy to understand explanations of the system to onsite inspection and installation. We now ready for a generator free power outage.
After enjoying a nearly trouble free 4 years with our whole house battery backup system installed by Renewable Energy Systems we experienced a system failure. The staff worked very hard to troubleshoot and solve our challenging problem in our remote location and helped update and improve our existing system for years to come. We very much appreciate the prompt and high quality service we received and would definitely recommend RES!
We had two projects with RES. The first installed the controller and battery backup system. The next was to add some solar panels. They were generally good to work with, but there were some miscommunications at one point which resulted in a delay dealing with an issue with the solar panels. All in all, I am satisfied with the end product and our relationship with RES.
We had RES install a 10.5 KW Solar system on our roof in Homer. They came on the appointed date and got the job done professionally and HEA connected it three days later after inspection with no pickups. The system is performing well so far. We have a 4/12 roof that faces south. (Flatter than ideal, but good). In the first four days in early April while cloudy and snowy with snow on the panels our system produced 15.8, 14, 40.8 and 13.9 KWH per day. The predicted for the entire month of April averaged is 29 KWH/day. Given that it’s been covered by snow most of the time, we are doing quite well in my opinion. April is also rapidly increasing in daylight hours, so we expect better later in April. As it melts off productivity is increasing. Photo is from the day we produced 40 KWH, only completely clear partial day that week.RES did a great job and did when they said they would and the system is performing the way they said it would. Very happy.
We recently had Renewable Systems Energy install solar panels. From initial ordering to installation and follow up our experience was great. The crew was very professional, friendly and hard workers. We were advised that the utility company may take a coupe of weeks to come out and exchange the meter and this is exactly what happened. We now can watch our energy production knowing we are saving money.
