Roof replacement. I specifically asked what happens when I get a new roof, they said we will take them down store them and put them up for free. THAT is the main reason I went with them. THEY ARE NNNOOOTTT DOING THAT. They want to charge me $12,008.50 to do it. THEY ARE LIARS!!! Everything seems good, install, electric use, BUT WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY RRRIIIPPP YOU OFF. I TOTALLY REGRET GOING WITH THEM! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, NOT AT ALL!
Overall we are ok with the solar but highly recommend you do your own research and do not listen to the sales rep because they are very misleading. Almost nothing was the same.Install was smooth and quick but they left a mess, I was left picking up zip ties and trash in the back yard. The main gentleman installing was very experienced and kind when I asked questions.You only seeing the savings on the high months and are actually going to pay more because of the solar payment on the lower ones so your saving are yearly in the long run so be ready for that. It’s about $1500/year for us.The absolute worst part is they don’t tell you that the reps just show up at your house whenever they want and want to be let into your garage, take pictures, fix things it’s awful!I have asked them multiple times for them to let me know up to one hour in advance before somebody shows up at my door and they just refused to do it. And it’s everyone the inspectors, the techs, reps, today a random guy to take pics. Today they showed up to take pictures of our AC and we have no idea why because no one let us know and I was on a really important work call that got interrupted and it was so unprofessional.Don’t believe the rep, I asked him if people were just going to show up at the house whenever and he said no we will always let you know. Flat out lie this company does whatever they want.We are happy with the solar savings, but extremely frustrated with the company so leaving a review so everyone knows what they are signing up for with them.
We came across Pure Energy in September 2022. Since then we have dealt with their one of their employees giving us a fictions check to them damaging our roof. Now we are dealing with our roof leaking in the specific spots where they nailed down the panels. We have contacted them multiple times in order to make it right but all we’ve received is evasive responses. They have taken told us in writing that it was their fault but fail to actually fix the issue.Overall our experience with Pure Energy has been disappointing and regretful. We have been given the run around by all the reps beginning with McKay Erickson to Gabriel Garcia. No one in the company has given us a straight answer or taken responsibility. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.
Would give them zero if I could! Don’t get any service with them!!!!! This company is an absolute Scam!! DO NOT GET SOLAR WITH THEESE PEOPLE !! These people damage my roof with the nails and did not caulk it right and now they do not want to pay for the damages and I’m stuck without a roof with a kid at home and an elderly person. They do not answer my phone calls and they do not, want to be responsible for the damages take it for me. This is the worst company and the worst scam of all time not to mention it’s not helping me in any sort of way with my electric bill and I’ve had them for a year now I will pursue litigation, but reach out and I will give you my full story. The Sales rep Yousef was awesome , explained everything and answered all our questions. The presentation was informative to say the least.The installation of our 34 panels were perfect, so were Christian all the guys who did the work. Quick turn around and waiting for inspection from the city now. Once this is all a go let’s see how much we can save .Update: 06/02/2024. People we have a negative electric bill of $180 since we switched to a better electric company. I can’t be happier thanks to Yousef who helped us out tremendously. We don’t pay a dime to the electric company, they pay us. Best decision we ever made
