We recently had Sunpath Solar install an array with a backup battery, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation and follow up with Michael, to the operational and billing aspects with Halley, to the installers and electricians, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent every step of the way. They took the time to explain how the system works, what to expect in terms of savings, and how the battery backup would perform during outages.The installation itself went very smooth. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the project in a timely manner. The panels look great on the roof and actually blend in so well that you don’t notice them.Since the install, we’ve already noticed the difference in our energy usage, and it’s incredibly reassuring knowing we have backup power if the grid goes down. I would highly recommend the Sunpath Solar team if you are looking to install solar. We worked with them through the GA Bright program and they installed a 12kW system with batteries to our house. They were very informative and walked us through the whole process. Their platform allowed us to fully understand our potential solar capture throughout the year and view it on our house. We live in a historic district and they took care of all the special permitting for the array. Would definitely recommend their services if you are looking for solar.
I am now the proud owner of a residential solar array and battery back up, all designed and installed by SunPath Solar. From the patient educational discussions by Chaia Lewis, to her excellent sizing of the system she designed, to Seth Gunning and his careful oversight of the design and installation of the array, I could not have asked for a better experience. Even now that we are up and running, the whole team continues to be utterly responsive and helpful.The important part is the everything I was told by SunPath Solar to expect has been accurate, including the post install bills which have now come in from Georgia Power .They actually are down to what I was told they would be. I trusted this company and they have not disappointed.This is a large system for a residential rooftop array. It looks terrific on the roof- my architect better half and I both think it improves the look of the roof. The sophistication of the solar-plus- battery system is even better. After 20 plus years with no generator back up, the first power outage was a cause for celebration. We had to look on the phone app to see that the batteries had taken over. Just, wow!I have wanted to have solar for some years now just for the environmental benefit but working through SunPath Solar has allowed me to both help the environment and benefit my finances.
