12Kw solar array and 3 franklin 15Kwh batteries. In a nutshell, the Solarworx team did a great job. A huge thank you to Cooper and Kevin for putting the whole system/project together. When we started looking for solar, we quickly discovered that most solar installers do not do ground mount systems and almost nobody wanted to deal with the rocky soil in our somewhat remote area. The Solarworx guys are very experienced and good at ground mount systems with large storage batteries and the rocky soil and remote location proved to be no problem at all for the installation team. I am very happy to say that even now that the project is complete, follow up and communication is still good. Any questions I had via text or phone have been addressed in a timely manner, usually the same day. I would not hesitate to use Solarworx for my next solar project.
I can’t say enough good things about solar worx. They are quite possibly the best company that I have ever worked with, and I don’t mean just solar, I mean the best out of any company I’ve worked with in my life. Very professional, they make you feel like family, and the customer service is above and beyond. At no point during the whole process of surveying and installation did I feel uneasy or confused about anything! I 100% recommend solar worx! Free consultation and very honest hard work! I really can’t say enough good things about them! We are now enjoying sustainable power and ditching pge thanks to solar worx. If you are considering solar or just curious I would highly recommend that you ask them for a free consultation! Tell them Joey Robles sent you!
We reached out to Solar Worx late in 2025, hoping to get our solar system installed before the end of the year to take advantage of the incentives. They made it happen in record time with truly extraordinary customer service! From the very first contact, Cooper and his entire team were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and completely upfront about every detail—no surprises, no hidden fees. They guided us through the entire process step by step, answered all our questions patiently, and kept everything on track despite the tight timeline. The installation was smooth, professional, and high-quality. We’re thrilled with our new system and the immediate savings we’re seeing. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that truly cares about their customers and delivers on their promises. We highly recommend Solar Worx to anyone in the area considering solar. We’re proud to have supported a great local business instead of going with someone from the valley. Thank you, Cooper and team—you made this easy and worthwhile! ??
We had a great experience with Solar Worxs expanding our existing solar system and adding a whole house backup battery. The planning and installation staff were all experienced and professional. The first day of the installation six company trucks showed up and worked diligently to complete the project. It was a challenging installation considering they had to an existing solar system in a 80 year old house and old wiring. It was also great to get a $7,500 battery rebate from PG&E, plus a tax rebate!
We had been looking into getting solar but we’re pretty dismayed by the companies that were offering to put a system we wouldn’t own on our roof or a system that would take 12-15 years to pay for itself. Leased systems we would just pay them for the power instead of PGandE and thought the rate is cheaper it was still substantial. Kevin at Solarworx was straight forward and answered our questions good or bad. No BS and no lies and now we looking forward to a tiny bill every month from PGandE! It was installed in less than two days, the crew cleaned up after themselves, and though the main electrical panel was in our veggie garden area, they left it in the same condition as it was before all the work. The system will pay for itself in 5 .8 years, all the while we will enjoy running the AC without the guilt all summer long. Thanks Solarworx!Dave W.
