The entire team at Summit Solar is top notch - from Nick, the sales guy, to Kevin, the project manager, to Mae, the office manager. My insurance company was not easy to deal with in this process but the Summit Solar team handled it so well and led the appraisal process to get a better outcome for all of us. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Oh, and my new roof is beautiful!
We had several roofing canvassers in our area knocking on our door. Then Zack came to our door. What a pleasant knowledgeable young man, right off we knew Zack was going to do a good job for us.Zack took care of dealing with the insurance company adjuster. And got them to do work they tried to get out of. Go Zack!They did a good job roofing our house and frequently checked with us to see if we were happy with the job so far.After the roofers left we didn't notice nails or trash left behind.We did have a small issue but the supervisor of the crew addressed it right away. I didn't particularly care for the way it was taken care of.One of the managers came by to check on that issue and sent someone along with himself and redid the issue.I was out of town and had several calls to make sure I was satisfied.Great customer service, good workmanship and follow up.I would recommendSummit roofing fully.
If I could give zero stars I would. They did a lot of promising, and not a lot of delivering. Yes we got our roof done, but even that was a struggle.Had issues with dates. We were flexible with them and let them come early. They said 6 hours to do our roof. Took two days. When the workers left, they left the trailer. In our driveway. After 2-3 hours I called our contact. They couldn’t get anyone out to come get the trailer out of our driveway. So we ended up moving it ourselves. Thankfully we have a truck to do that.They did a lot of promises, and put in writing they were going to do certain things for us. When it came down to it they did half of what they promised. Even though it was on the contract. Then on top of that they still wanted us to pay for the full price they quoted us, without doing everything.I want to say they tried, but this experience just left a sour taste in my mouth.Damaged some of the paint on our house from the roofing and that didn’t get fixed. Then when we said something to them, they laughed.Morale of the story. Get 3-4 roofers to check out your place and be very vigilant with the reviews not on their website. Would not recommend this company ever.
Excellent Experience with Summit Solar and the entire team to replace my roof and gutters.They walked me through the entire claims process, including an appeal when the insurance company initially denied the claim. They communicated well through the entire process, did excellent work, and had multiple review points to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction.One of the best parts of working with them was that everyone provided the same level of excellent service. I interacted with 5 different people in their organization throughout the project and the experience was great all around.
Fantastic Experience with Summit Roofing and Solar!We recently had an absolutely wonderful experience with Summit Roofing and Solar Company, and we can't recommend them highly enough!After some recent storms and a tornado came close to our home here in Aurora, we were so grateful when a Summit representative (Tyree) knocked on our door to offer a complimentary roof inspection. It turns out part of our roof was actually missing – something we hadn't even noticed! They were incredibly prompt in assessing the damage and quickly put a temporary cover over the hole, which was a huge relief with Colorado's unpredictable summer rain and hail.From start to finish, Summit was truly fabulous. Their communication was excellent; they kept us informed every step of the way, making the whole process feel incredibly smooth. We were especially impressed with their dedication to working with our insurance company to get multiple items approved that weren't even in the original work scope. They really went above and beyond for us!The team who covered our home – Kevin, Nate, and Tyree – were all amazing. They handled everything. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to navigate.We absolutely love our new roof and are so happy with how quickly everything was completed! The entire roof replacement, including solar panel removal, took just a few days.
