I highly recommend 512 Solar. Their response time was amazing. Aiden was able to identify why my panels were no longer producing power with the make/model and serial number of my inverter, no on site visit needed. Aiden found that the inverter was still under warranty, was able to order the replacementand and have it shipped to my home. We started working with 512 Solar over a year ago after another company, that initially installed our panels, went out of business. At some point our inverter had gone off line and 512 stepped in to replace it. They were able to confirm it was still under warranty and took care of the install for a nominal fee. Since then they’ve also added some panels and moved others due to a patio installation we recently completed. 512 Solar has always been responsive when we’ve reached out and their communication has been top notch. I’ve met quite a few folks who work for them at this point and every single one has been professional and respectful while working on our home. I’m really glad we found them to help keep our solar running efficiently!
Dealing with 512 Solar has been an absolute pleasure. I first made a call a couple of years ago before I began building my home and was impressed with the time spent with me. Throughout the entire process of planninig, discussing options, and installing, they have been cooperative and transparent and extremely helpful. I have been dealing with a lot of vendors during the building process and 512 Solar has been the easiest and most reliable. 512 Solar was AWESOME! I got a plug-in hybrid car in December that was taking me 16 hours to fully charge, which was way too long. I decided I needed to install a Level 2 Charger. After looking around online, I stumbled across 512 Solar on a Reddit thread. They were just fabulous! Austin from 512 Solar was super helpful with telling me exactly what I needed to give to them for the initial quote (I am clueless on electrical/house stuff) and walking me through the process/what to expect as well as answering my questions and my landlord's questions thoroughly and promptly. I paid them the deposit on Thursday, ordered my Level 2 charger, and had everything installed by 512 Solar on the following Tuesday. 512 Solar made sure to give me everything I needed to submit my rebate for the City of Austin EV program. My Level 2 charger now charges my car fully in 4.5 hours. 512 Solar did a great job and were very reasonably priced! Use them if you need to install a Level 2 Charger! You won't regret it it!
