Austin Discount Solar

I had an excellent experience with Austin Discount Solar. I worked directly with Kevin, the owner, and truly appreciated the personalized service he provided throughout the entire process. The installation itself was truly impressive. The crew handled the permitting process within about a week and completed the job in one day. Installing solar is a significant investment, and for most homeowners, it comes with a lot of unknowns and a lack of technical expertise. Kevin turned what initially felt like a scary and overwhelming decision into something straightforward and easy to understand. He took the time to explain options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured. There was no hard sell—just honest guidance and a genuine effort to earn my business. That level of trust and personal attention made all the difference, and it’s why I would confidently recommend Austin Discount Solar to anyone considering solar.

We were quite novice coming into this process. Kevin guided us and made the process as easy as possible. The workers that came out to install the panels were just as nice and also offered education on the process. My boys were amazed by the drone they used to take pictures of the finished product. The guys were so sweet, they flew the drone overhead a few times so the boys could see it. It was the highlight of their day. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to install solar panel. They really understand customer communication and satisfaction. We made a perfect decision with Austin Discount Solar.

Very happy with the overall experience with Austin Discount Solar. The quote / pricing was very competitive and the communication throughout the process was very good. Kevin kept me informed on what to expect through the power company approval and plans for installation. The installation timing was spot on based on his communication and the actual installation went without issue. The team was respectful and efficient and cleaned up any debris or trash. The solar panels were generating and communicating with the monitoring software at the end of the installation process. All is working as desired and I definitely would consider Austin Discount Solar again and would most certainly recommend them to others! 5 stars, for sure!
