This company sold me solar supplies they did not actually have in stock, which directly caused me to fail my inspection and lose time and money on my project.When I confronted them about the issue and asked for a refund, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to dodge and manipulate the situation, giving excuses and attempting to push alternative solutions I never agreed to. It felt dishonest and intentionally misleading.If you’re working on a project with inspections, deadlines, or permits, do not trust their inventory claims. Their lack of transparency and refusal to handle the refund properly shows a serious integrity problem.I would not recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, accuracy, or ethical business practices.
Our previous solar company went out of business. Our solar stopped working, and we spent months trying to figure out what to do about it. I called multiple solar companies to try and get someone out, but they said they wouldn't do it since it wasn't initially through their company.One phone call here, and we had our solar back up and running in less than 24 hours. Super helpful and kind. They took time to figure out our problem, and walked us through everything they did to help us. They actually fixed some issues the previous company left behind, and now our power production is actually higher than before.I don't believe I've ever left a Google review before, but damn do these guys deserve it.
Couldn't be happy with our decision on using Bakersfield solar for our system… We had a few different bids from other Solar contractors that were from out of town companies and they did not even come close to comparing to the deal we got with Bakersfield Solar. It's been three months since we've had our system installed and it has worked perfectly and they have reached out several times to make sure that our system is operating and we are saving money.
I don't even know where to start. I realized I was not making solar power for over a year when I got a letter for a true up bill. Instantly opened my solar edge app (which I never checked plus house was empty for a year) and sure enough was producing nothing. I tried calling the company that installed and of course they have been closed for 2 years! I was referred to Bakersfield Solar and gave them a call and talked to Tim. Within 2 hours had someone at my house, diagnosed and replaced my inverter. I was back producing in 4 hours! Absolutely unheard of in solar companies in this town.
So I decided to go Solar!! I was recommended and decided to go with Bakersfield Solar.. Tim, who I was dealing with was amazing from the initial start and the entire installation process!! If u have doubts about solar, hit up Tim and his team.. you will no regret it!! This was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!! Super happy ??????
