Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company and ENFIN AT ALL COST! They promise little to no electric bill, lies! I have been paying both a solar bill and an electric bill since 2024! Oh and customer service, pff ha! Non-existent!!
If I can give a cero starts I will. They star working on July 2025 cero communication, they said " it is not space to fit the panels " im okay with that but they will know or check before the process. They left material on the roof, make holes, remove tile make holes on the walls.I made a complaint to BBB they even don't care. I'm emailing them, text on the portal to come and pick up the material and repair. Not answer today is November 24th and not response. I hope the owner of the company do something to fix this matter. I need a cancelation and repair pick up the material.
Avoid Bryton Power at All Costs – Zero Stars if I CouldIf I could give this company zero stars, I would. Bryton Power is by far the worst solar company I have ever dealt with. They have no internal communication, they send underqualified workers to your home, and the quality of their work is beyond unacceptable. The problems started early. On their first visit, they installed a conduit down the front of my home, right next to my window – a huge, ugly eyesore. They insisted it couldn’t be moved, making excuses instead of doing the job right. It was obvious they took the lazy, easy route rather than caring about aesthetics or customer satisfaction. It took three separate visits before they finally rerouted it.Then came the battery installation. They told me my solar system was turned on, passed inspection, and was working. But after watching my production for a week, I realized I was generating zero power. When they came back out, we discovered they had installed the wrong breaker and wired the system incorrectly. The severity of their incompetence is summed up in this exact message I received from their own service technician:“Hey boss unfortunately not able to get your system up and going today. They’re going to have to send out the crew or send some help with me as we need to rewire the whole bottom section with bigger size wire due to support saying we need 55amp breaker. They have installed 8awg wire & max breaker size that can be on that wire is 50a.”This raises a serious question: How does this pass inspection? If they are sending out people who install a non-working solar system with an improper setup — and that still “passes” — then either they are cutting corners on inspections, or something is seriously wrong with their process. This is highly incompetent and completely unacceptable business practice. In total, they have been to my house five times in five months, and my solar is STILL not functioning. Every visit feels like we are an afterthought – workers show up saying they were told mid-day to “come check our house,” with no preparation or urgency to resolve the problem. To make things worse, the project manager, Jose, has been dismissive and unprofessional. Every time I speak with him, he has an attitude and acts confused about why I’m upset – even though his team has repeatedly failed to complete the job.Bottom line: Bryton Power has wasted my time, damaged the look of my home, and left me without functioning solar for months. They send unqualified workers, fail to communicate, and show zero accountability. Executive team: You had better call me soon, or I will be suing for damages to my home. At this point, I’m done — I am pursuing legal action
What a great experience. System is installed. Waiting for my final inspection. All the employees I have delt with have been very knowledgeable and helpful. My equipment has a very good rating and hope it last for 20 years.
Bryton Power has been amazing to work with. I was the skeptical one at first but after talking with Nathan, Jeff and Ben who are all very wonderful to work with they completely changed my mind. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that they have done and in such a timely manner. I am glad we had the chance to work with this great company. I would recommend these guys over anyone and even for the skeptics like I was trust me it is worth it.
