So I got Sunrun for my home install like three months ago.I just had it checked about a month and a half ago and told me everything was running perfect.I should not be getting a bill from PG&E because I have solar and I have Tesla batteries as well so the only bill I should be getting is from Sun Run, which is a set quote per month.I just got out $750 bill from PG&E because I’m using their power when I shouldn’t be using their power at all, but the solar panels are under performance.Now I’m paying almost double in electricity because I’m paying Sunrun and paying PG&E .I tried to file a claim for compensation, and I was told I could only do that once every two years, But this is a brand new system, and I should not have to use this option because of the carelessness.I told him I was going to start recording that call because I will get a lawyer and once I told him I was recording the car. They said they do not appreciate me recording and hanged up the call.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.IF THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT? I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW AND KEEP IT UPDATED.
