My mom and dad are seniors and they got sun run my dad didn't understand what he was doing. We found out he has dementia. Sunrun lied and took advantage of my senior parents. The service was turned off . We found out that the bill wasn't paid, my dad didn't remember shutting it off he definitely couldn't cancel it. We found out that sunrun was attempting to put a lien against my parents home. They are hard to reach and their business practices are very suspect. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Do not do business with this company
Our one year old system went out in August. The soonest available appointment was October. The day of the appointment, technician arrives, inspects and finds a defective part. Says he’ll contact us within 24-48 hours. 3 days pass and we hear nothing, so we call. We are then told that we have to set another appointment, which the soonest available is 3 months out this time. That leaves us with a one year old Sunrun solar system that’s down for 6 months, possibly longer at this rate. Very disappointed and would never recommend.
The SunRun crew showed up on time and was very professional-we were vey impressed. They were friendly, courteous and informative to our neighbors. Ty Johnson, the SunRun rep, was with us every step of the way. He took time to meet with us and answered all of our questions.
